Run the pipeline yourself from the CLI, or create a GFPlatform account and launch the Shiny GUI from your browser — no local install required.

# clone and check the CLI
$ git clone https://github.com/MorrellLAB/GFToolkit.git
$ cd GFToolkit && ./gftoolkit --help

# run the full pipeline (steps 0-26) from a config file
$ gftoolkit gfscan -c /path/to/config.cfg
